Do you offer discounts or free trials?
We have a 14-day free trial so you can experience everything we offer. Simply create a free account to get started. If you find the service valuable, upgrade to a plan that best suits your business needs.
What happens to my dynamic QR Codes once the free trial expires?
Once your free trial expires, any dynamic QR Codes you created will become inactive. To keep them active and accessible, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, the QR Codes will no longer redirect users, and any tracking or analytics associated with them will be paused until a subscription is activated.
What happens to my static QR Codes once the free trial expires?
Because static QR Codes are permanent, they will continue to work, but you won't be able to access the account anymore.
If I cancel the subscription before annual renewal, can I continue using the QR Code and services that I paid for?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, your QR Codes will become inactive. We recommend disabling auto-renewal to avoid unexpected charges and continue using the QR Code services until your current billing cycle ends.
Do you offer monthly plans?
We currently only offer annual subscription plans.
Can I change my subscription from annual to monthly?
We currently do not offer monthly plans.

Is Uniqode’s QR Code generator really free?
Uniqode’s QR Code generator is free only for those using a static QR Code. In order to use dynamic QR Codes and avail of advanced features, you will need to pay a minimum of $5/month. If you wish to try our product before purchasing, you can sign up for a free 14-day trial.

Can I change a static QR code to dynamic ?
No, the nature of the QR Code cannot be changed once created. We recommend creating dynamic QR Codes that have the flexibility of changing URLs whenever needed.
What is the limit on static QR code creation?
There is no limit on static QR code creation.
Does scan limit for my plan renew every month ?
No, the scan limits are reset annually.
If I am on the Starter, Lite or Pro plans, can I add users more users to my account?
Starter, Lite and Pro plans support single users. However if you need more users, you have to upgrade to our Plus or Business+ plans.
If I exceed the number of scans, what are my options?
In the event that you are running low on scans, you have to upgrade to the higher plan. You will only have to pay the price difference in plans.
I need dynamic codes for 6-12 months and then they will be status quo. If I cancel my subscription will the codes still work?
For your QR Codes to work, the account linked to them has to stay active.
I am on Lite plan and need custom domain, what are my options ?
At this moment, custom domain is available under Plus plan as an add-on feature for $2000 per domain per year. Otherwise, you can upgrade to the Business+ plan to get more custom domains.
